We have contracted with four hotels within walking distance of the Meydenbauer Center, where all meetings, clinics and vendors will be located. All of the information on the hotels is now online. The hotels will accept reservations at our negotiated rate by using the embedded links for the respective hotel. All, except The Courtyard Marriott are set to receive reservations now.
We have tried to provide a mix of pricing and amenities to meet the needs and interests of our diverse membership. Please look at the brochures and maps on the internet to see the locations of these facilities.
Arrival Date: There is a special fare train excursion on Tuesday the 11th, before the Convention opens on the 12th of September. That means you would want to plan to arrive on Monday the 10th in order to board the tour buses early Tuesday morning.

Courtyard Marriott is located closest to Convention Center. It features excellent dining including a breakfast buffet. It has a fine bar, is near shopping at the Bravern with many upscale shops, and is within easy walking distance from a variety of restaurants. The rate is $159 per night plus the usual taxes.

The Sheraton is located two blocks south of the Convention Center. There is a restaurant and lounge and an Azteca restaurant as part of the property. The hotel has recently been upgraded. The rate is $158 plus taxes. Parking is included and is in the open. |

The Red Lion which is 3 blocks south of the Convention Center. There is a restaurant and bar. This facility has large open parking areas which will easily accommodate trailers and vans. It is our largest block of rooms and is the least expensive at $125 plus taxes. There are limited choices for dining and no nearby shopping. Parking is included. |

The Hyatt is three blocks west of the Convention Center. This is the most expensive of the hotels and offers the most in amenities. It has outstanding shops, restaurants and lounges. It is across the street from Bellevue Square which is one of the premier shopping centers on the west coast. Our rate here is $179 plus taxes. Covered parking is available at $20 per night. |
RV Parks
There are two RV Parks within 1/2 hour drive of Bellevue and the Meydenbauer Center for those of you who are driving a RV to the convention. One is in Lynnwood and the other in Issaquah.
